Please contact us by filling the form from this website or sending a message to info@dbttokyo.com You will hear from info@dbttokyo.com. Once we agree on the date for the first session, you will receive a confirmation. You will also be asked to fill intake form.
After the first session, you can make appointments directly via sending an email to info@dbttokyo.com Please indicate the days of the week and the time range that are convenient for you. (Opening days are Mon, Tue, Fri, Sat and Sun.)
DBT Tokyo is not set up for emergency sessions or walk-ins, unfortunately.
Please contact DBT Tokyo via email (info@dbttokyo.com) by the day before the scheduled appointment for rescheduling and cancellation to do so without any fee. Please note that the request for rescheduling and cancellation on the day of the appointment will incur 100% cost except it is for health and family emergencies and natural disasters.
The therapy session is set for 50 minutes from the scheduled starting time. If you arrive or come online late, however, the therapy still ends at the scheduled time. 50 minutes does not include the time for the payment and/or setting up the next appointment.
